I haven’t received my activation code
A 6-digit activation code is sent by SMS after membership purchase.
If you cannot find the code, you can activate the passage in another way:
When you arrive at the fitness club, select “JOIN FOR MEMBERS” at the self-service terminal;
Log in with your email and password;
If you have forgotten your password, click on “FORGET PASSWORD”;
Once logged in, at the bottom of the line, click on the “Password” button. Press the blue “CHANGE” button on the line “Biometric quality information”;
Assign the fingerprint code.
