How do I buy a membership?

Gym+ memberships are available:

IMPORTANT: Purchased memberships become effective on the same day after the payment is made.

Gym+ provides a FREE trial during during your first visit. Use the self-service terminal at the entrance of the gym to purchase a one-day membership. Membership is valid only on the date of purchase.


Can I try the gym for free?

One-day membership is free for new Gym+ customers. A one-day membership with group training and solarium is available for EUR 7 for a current or former customers.


How can I pay for my membership?

You can pay for your Subscription:

  • At the self-service terminal;
  • In your account on the Gym+ website;
  • In online banking, under the section E-invoices;
  • By bank transfer.

On the 9th of each month, an invoice for the following month shall be issued and you shall have until the 21st to pay it.


How can a minor register?

The Gym is open to persons aged 16 and over.

Minors wishing to purchase a membership must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian to sign a contract.

IMPORTANT! Before purchasing a membership, please contact info@gymplius.lt with the address of the gym where registration will take place. You must provide proof of personal identity upon confirmation and upon arrival at the administration.

Subscriptions with solarium services are not available for minors.


How do I sign up for group training sessions?

You can sign up for group training sessions 48 hours before the start of the training.


  1. Log in to your personal Gym+ account, which can be found at the top of the page by clicking on the "LOGIN" button (https://gymplius.lt/prisijungti)
  2. Under "Group workouts", click on "Timetables" and select the desired gym and group workout and then click on "REGISTER".
  3. Once you have registered online, make sure to confirm your registration at the group training terminal when you arrive at the training session.

IMPORTANT! Please register responsibly and if, after registering, your plans have changed and you are no longer able to attend, be sure to cancel your registration. Otherwise, failure to attend training twice in a row will result in a two-week restriction on registration for training.

How do I register for the induction trainings session?

We provide one FREE introductory training session with a trainer when you purchase your membership.

During the training session, the trainer will introduce you to the gym's facilities, equipment and rules for exercising. You will also receive a range of tips to help you achieve your goals.

The trainer may provide functional fitness testing if required.

How long does it take to send goods?

Goods are dispatched within 5-7 days of order confirmation via Omniva courier service. Parcels to parcel machines are delivered within 1 working day. 



How long do I have to return an item?

You can apply for a refund within 14 days from the date of payment by emailing: merch@gymplius.lt Please be sure to include the reason for the return, your name and bank account number. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Can I return an item if it has been worn only once and the size does not fit?

The returned item must be in its original and unwrapped packaging and must not have been used once, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return request. How long will it take to get the money back into my account in the event of a return? Once you have received a reply by email: merch@gymplius.lt confirming the return, the refund will be issued within 14 days.


Is it possible to pay Gym+ merch merchandise with Gym+ Gift voucher?

You can pay for the merchandise using: e-banking or your Gym+ gift voucher.


Do you send goods abroad?

You can only send to OMNVIVA post offices in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.


Where to go if a parcel is missing?

If you have the parcel's tracking code, please contact OMNVIVA Customer Service for a missing parcel.

What should you do in case of illness?

If you wish to suspend your membership due to illness, you will need to provide a certificate stating the period of time until which you are unable to take part in sporting activities.

Submit the certificate to info@gymplius.lt

IMPORTANT! There can be no debts when suspending the membership. All invoices must be paid (current and next month's contribution). Upon suspending of the Subscription, the next contribution will be correspondingly lower.

Termination of membership

Can I transfer my membership to another unit?

All memberships* can be transferred to another branch for FREE. Fill in the application form at info@gymplius.lt and your membership will be transferred to the Gym+ gym of your choice.

*Memberships sold during the promotion at an individual gym will be replaced with a standard subscription upon transfer to another branch.
