How to activate holidays?

You can activate your holidays by logging in to your Gym+ account: https://gymplius.lt/en/log-in/, under “Subscriptions”.

The maximum suspension time is 30 days;

Minimum 7 days;

If you have less than 7 days remaining, you cannot use the holiday.

How to check if I have holidays?

Memberships with a 12-month commitment are granted 30 days holidays.

Log in to your Gym+ account: https://gymplius.lt/en/log-in/

Open the “Subscriptions” section

You will see your holiday balance under “Number of days holidays”

Payment procedures when activating holidays

Marking membership holidays, there has to be no debts.

All bills must be paid in full (current and next month’s instalment) and the next instalment will be reduced accordingly.

How to cancel holidays?

Holidays that have already started cannot be cancelled.

The latest you can cancel is a holiday that starts the next day.

You will be able to visit and use the fitness club after the end of your planned holiday.

What to do in case of illness?

If you wish to suspend your membership due to illness, you will need to provide a certificate stating the period of time until which you are unable to take part in sporting activities.

Submit the certificate to info@gymplius.lt

IMPORTANT! There can be no debts when suspending the membership. All invoices must be paid (current and next month’s contribution). Upon suspending of the Subscription, the next contribution will be correspondingly lower.
