| You can sign up by logging in to your Gym+ account and clicking on the “Introductory workouts” tab. Once you have filled in your details and confirmed them, we will inform you of your successful registration by a follow-up email. |
Free induction training what is it?
| During the introductory workout, a personal trainer will show you around Gym+, tell you about all the Pluses, the machines and assess your weak and strong muscle groups during the basic exercises to get you started on the right foot. |
