How long does it take to send goods?
Goods are dispatched within 5-7 days of order confirmation via Omniva courier service. Parcels to parcel machines are delivered within 1 working day.
Returns
How long do I have to return an item?
You can apply for a refund within 14 days from the date of payment by emailing: merch@gymplius.lt Please be sure to include the reason for the return, your name and bank account number. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Can I return an item if it has been worn only once and the size does not fit?
The returned item must be in its original and unwrapped packaging and must not have been used once, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return request. How long will it take to get the money back into my account in the event of a return? Once you have received a reply by email: merch@gymplius.lt confirming the return, the refund will be issued within 14 days.
Is it possible to pay Gym+ merch merchandise with Gym+ Gift voucher?
You can pay for the merchandise using: e-banking or your Gym+ gift voucher.
Do you send goods abroad?
You can only send to OMNVIVA post offices in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Where to go if a parcel is missing?
If you have the parcel’s tracking code, please contact OMNVIVA Customer Service for a missing parcel.
