Hyrox trainings

HYROX is a rapidly growing functional fitness sport that combines running with strength and endurance exercises.

Gym+ has the largest network of licensed HYROX clubs in Lithuania, allowing you to try these workouts conveniently in multiple cities. The training program is designed both for beginners and for those preparing to compete in HYROX events!

WHAT MAKES UP A HYROX WORKOUT?

Running

The core element of every HYROX race, designed to build aerobic endurance and the ability to maintain a consistent pace.

SkiErg

A cardio exercise that simulates the skiing motion, strengthening the upper body, core, and improving endurance.

Sled Push

A functional exercise that primarily develops lower-body strength and muscular endurance.

Sled Pull

A strength exercise where the sled is pulled using a rope, primarily targeting the back and arm muscles.

Burpee Broad Jumps

A high-intensity exercise combining a burpee with a forward broad jump to develop full-body strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Rowing

A full-body cardio exercise that strengthens the legs and back while improving endurance and breathing efficiency.

Farmer's Carry

Carrying kettlebells in both hands to improve grip strength, posture, and overall stability.

Sandbag Lunges

Walking lunges while carrying a sandbag, building leg strength, balance, and core stability.

Wall Balls

A full-body exercise combining a squat with a medicine ball throw against a target, improving endurance, power, and coordination.
