The processes that take place in a sauna affect the entire body system.

The high temperature has a positive effect on tired muscles, activates blood circulation, cleanses the skin and increases the body’s natural resistance.

Sweat is used to remove toxins, reduce pain, relax the whole body and improve our mood.

The sauna is also an aid to weight loss, as the heat boosts metabolism.
