Description

With the use of a step platform, a trainer constantly shows steps and changes them little by little, thus creating a complete choreography – a dance, resulting in you moving/dancing non-stop. It’s the same as running on a treadmill or riding a bike for an hour, only much more fun and beneficial. We call this workout a party!
