Soul Yoga
A deep and slow yoga practice enhanced with essential oils and the soothing sounds of singing bowls. Each session follows its own unique theme, designed to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Through a combination of physical and spiritual elements, every practice offers a unique journey that helps build strength, restore balance, and quiet mental chatter.
The practice concludes with a guided meditation, while the deep state of Savasana is enhanced through aromatherapy and the resonant sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.
If you have any allergies or sensitivities to essential oils, please inform the teacher before the practice begins.
Effective lighting.
This practice helps calm the central nervous system, activate energy centers, and, with the help of aromatherapy, achieve a state of deep relaxation, during which the body regenerates best. Asanas help strengthen small muscles, and meditation inspires you to enjoy the present moment.
