Soul Yoga
Yoga for those seeking a deeper practice. Each practice has its own individual theme, working with spiritual and physical elements, we will strengthen the body and quiet the mind.
The practice will end with a guided meditation, and savasana will be deepened by aromatherapy used by the teacher.
If you have allergies to essential oils, be sure to inform the teacher before the practice begins.
Effective lighting.
This practice helps calm the central nervous system, activate energy centers, and, with the help of aromatherapy, achieve a state of deep relaxation, during which the body regenerates best. Asanas help strengthen small muscles, and meditation inspires you to enjoy the present moment.
Yoga mat. Bring a blanket, sweater, or towel to cover yourself with during meditation.
