Description

This is a breathing exercises class with music which was created due to the increased need to manage stress and the increased awareness of the importance of breathing. This system consists of Pilates and Yoga exercises, relaxing music, rhythmic breathing and the sounds of Tibetan monks’ bowls. It takes a person to a state of Nirvana where relaxation is felt, detoxification of the mind and body. The movements performed strengthen deep muscles, the breathing technique helps reduce the amount of the stress hormone cortisol and increased oxygenation reduces fat.
